Your eBook will include selected photos, any consents, plans, or any relevant information (e.g. cross leases, rights of way) that a potential purchaser may need in order to make an offer on a property. It is highly recommended that the vendor purchases a LIM report from the council and this is also included. Providing a LIM may cut down the days that the purchaser needs before confirming on a contract. Your eBook is emailed to all interested open home attendees and anyone who contacts the agent requesting more information. The Eagle CRM App that we use enables the immediate exchange of this information. Your eBook is included in the previous marketing costs however the LIM is a direct cost to the DCC.
